Rooms & Suites

L’Absinthe Hôtel is made up of two distinct buildings, each with its own charm: the Presbytery, a 16th-century gem with a warm and authentic soul, and the Dock, an elegant red-brick house offering lovely views over the fishing port.

Our 11 rooms, each with its own character, have been furnished and decorated with care. Furniture is sourced over time or custom-made by local artisans, creating a living, harmonious atmosphere where every detail tells a story. All rooms are equipped with modern comforts — high-quality bedding, smart TV, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi — for a stay that’s both pleasant and convenient.

Classic rooms

Our Classic rooms (18 m²) are equipped with a bathroom featuring a bathtub, air conditioning, a safe, and a television, ensuring you a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Deluxe rooms

Our Deluxe rooms offer you a spacious environment (starting from 34 m²) that combines comfort, modernity, and stunning views of Honfleur. Each room is equipped with a bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower, air conditioning, a safe, and a television.

Presbytery Suite

Nestled on the top floor of the Presbytery, this spacious 40 m² suite offers you a true cocoon of comfort. Enjoy stunning views of the old town in an intimate and warm atmosphere. The room features a bathroom with a bathtub, air conditioning, a safe, and a television.

Dock Suite

Perched at the top of the Dock building, this spacious 40 m² suite offers you a haven of relaxation with its walk-in shower and sauna, perfect for recharging after a day exploring the charming streets of Honfleur. You can also enjoy spectacular views of the fishing port and the Normandy Bridge from its windows.

HOTEL TERMES & CONDITIONS

Cancellation terms

If you cancel your booking 48 hours prior to the date of your arrival, no charged will be billed. Otherwise the amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

Booking Terms

Rates quoted are per night, per room with breakfast.

Confirmation is made upon receipt of a fax or email indicating: your mobile and fixed line telephone numbers, a visa, American Express or Master Card number with the expiration date and 3-figure cryptogram from the back of the card, the rate of the room being booked, the date of arrival and departure.

You may also use the secure form found under the heading “booking” on our internet site.

Please be advised that check-in time is from 3 p.m. and departure time at 12 p.m.

If your agency pay the stay, we will send you a proforma invoice.

If the guests pay their stay, we need a credit card number and expiration date to secure the rooms.
